Hello Darlings, I hope you are doing absolutely amazing! Today I decided to make something I have never done before. I really just made up these “cookies” on the spot because I had some pie dough that I needed to use up and so “cookies” came to my mind…I really don’t know if I should call them that but anyways they are really easy and yummy. I hope you try them out and enjoy.

Ingredients:

-pie dough

-filling of choice

(I decided to use strawberry marmalade and also do this cinnamon roll filling which I just eyeballed and added brown sugar and cinnamon together)

Recipe:

1. I first rolled out my dough and then spread some melted butter on top and then added the filling.

2. I then went ahead and rolled the dough into a log.

3. I cut slices.

4.Placed the rolls/cookies onto parchment paper in a pan.

5. I put the “cookies” in a 350F preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

[I wanted to add that I made up this “glaze” for the “cinnamon roll cookies” by combining some butter, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and brown sugar.]
